Prime Roofing did acknowledged the roof leak and went to the home owner residence times and through the process we were able to locate the problem and make the necessary repairs I spoke with Mr and Mrs [redacted] today to confirm that the leaks were repaired and they indicated that there has been nio further problems Mrs [redacted] told me she would let the Revdex.com know of the satisfatory outcome I als told the [redacted] 's that they should contact us if anything leaks in the future Tom [redacted] - Prime Roofing
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me However, the business is not being truthful about the leak and it was not caused by the chimney trim and was caused by improper flashing of the new roof
To Revdex.com: In reference to the [redacted] complaint, Prime Roofing has repaired the leak The leak came from the chimney not being properly trimmed.However Prime Roofing went ahead and fixed the bad chimney trim, repaired the leak and has the interior repairs scheduled (subject to our sub contractors timing) The work should be complete as soon as possible Tom [redacted] Prime Roofing Corporate
