last year around spring time, where it rained like straight days hard at some point of the dayA with that said we poured the stamped patio and out of nowhere a storm comes hour's laterLucky part of the patio is covered by a roofThe inside of the patio looked great The outside took a beatingSo Mr*** informed me he would like to replace this, I agreed because if this were my house I would do the sameI then informed him that if would not match exactly so maybe good with a darker colorThe darker color is so it would give the impression of a borderBorders are awesome!!! He said no just try to match and close as possibleMatching colors are not a good idea neverI know thisTry telling a customer thisWe torn out the piece and repoured itThe patio was close in color but didn't matchSo we stay in contact with Mr*** and we decided let's just replace the whole entire patioI agreedWhich is more money out of my pocketNote the front porch that we poured looks greatWe caused the rain and made the patio do what it didHahaOriginally we poured the patio in spring we decided to replace the entire patio in October In October is not good weather so I said let's wait until next springHe said ok we had been keeping in touch and touching base with each other about the patioI think he had gotten upset bc I didn't have hard date to replace the entire patioWhat I can do is offer a refundThanks
