I am rejecting this response because:  I employed Platinum Outdoor Concepts to give me the best quality of work in the paver project.  Any issues that I have stated in any response should be taken care of without question or hesitation if this business is one of integrity and trust in serving the client who secures their business to take care of needs in the maintenance of outdoor home needs.  Best business practices should be followed by any business, particularly holding to the standards set by the Revdex.com of Kansas City.  Mr. Woodring should not hesitate to fulfill his promise of best quality work in any project secured and should resolve any project problems in a kind and timely manner, particularly if the client has paid in full for the work done.  I will settle for no less in the corrections of all problems that have occurred with the paver project at our home here in [redacted].  I am asking that the Revdex.com of KC and Mr. Woodring find a positive resolve for my family as I am only concerned for my husband who is a Vietnam Veteran who is fully disabled.

To Whom it May Concern,We have purchased and installed all items that [redacted] has inquired about and have completed the job yesterday afternoon. I honestly did not have time to deal with the emails back and fourth and went ahead and decided to just install what she had felt was necessary. I have proof of our work (as always) and just decided to move forward in order to serve our Customers who have ordered our services/products. Thank you for the updates. We wish the best for everyone involved in this matter,Respectfully,Dave WoodringPresidentPlatinum Outdoor Concepts913.707.8204www.platinumoutdoorconcepts.com

Avoiding all emotions, it seems that the initial problems have increased. Therefore, we will and have taken pictures of what we have done. We WILL repair the initial blocks that were broken and purchase more sand to fill the joints as well as a...

strong paver border to hold the structure in secure even more...

The pictures I am sending include a picture of the wall with loose dirt pushed up against the bottom of the wall to hide the fact that no layers were buried.  The other two pictures show what the bottom of the wall looks like after I cleaned up all the loose dirt Dave left laying around in my yard.I believe this wall will start falling down after a few rains and I base that belief on..    1.  Common Sense     2.  Seeing other peoples retaining walls that are crumbling     3.  Reading "How to install a retaining wall" and watching the video on this website http://www.pavestone.com/installing-pavestone-retaining-wall-video/.           In this video it states "Walls taller than three layers should have the first layer completely buried.  Walls that are three layers or less should have at least two to three inches of the first layer buried."

We will gladly fix this issue ASAP. - Dave Woodring
