From: [redacted] ***< [redacted] @***.com>Date: Tue, Jul 21, at 2:PMSubject: complaint [redacted] To: " [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org" < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org> Good afternoon,My name is [redacted] and I am contacting you in regards to my complaint # [redacted] with the Revdex.com against JHandyman and repairman.Yes, he did all the work he said, but when he put in the celling fan with a light I asked him if it would fall down, and he reassured me that it would never fall downI was lucky that my pups and I were not sleeping at the time it came down I could have gotten very badly hurt or my dogs could have even been killed for sure, since they sleep on the end of the bed where the fan fell downWhen the fan fell this is how it happenedI turned on the switch on the wall for the light but the fan was spinning, when I went to pulled the chain for the fan,The whole fan fell down onto the bedI didn't think at the time to take pictures like I did with the insulation, although I wish I hadMy daughter-in-law's mother was with me at the time and she can back up that this is how it happened, actually she was here to see the shower that I had installedUp until the fan fell down, I had continued to call him for home repairs because I was pleased with the work he had done so far.That is why I had him continue to do projects in my home after he installed the fan He installed the shower and new insulation under the bathroom and bedroom (11-2-2014), he said I would need insulation under the rest of my mobile home, because it had water damageBefore the fan even fell, I tired calling him or 3times to finish the insuation under the rest of my home, but I could not get him on the phone I called a 4th time, and that was when I called angry about the ceiling fan falling He never called me back at all.After the fan fell, I called another contractor ( [redacted] ###-###-####) to install a light where the fan had been I called someone else because I did not trust J, Handyman to do the work since he assured me it would not fall, and he hadn't returned my call about coming to finish the insulation While [redacted] was at my home I asked him to look at the rest of the insulation under my home because JHandyman said it would need to be replaced [redacted] noticed the insulation that JHandyman installed was falling down, however the "wet" or "water damaged" insulation was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced [redacted] was the one who suggested that I contact the Revdex.com about the ceiling fan, and insulation under my home, so I didOnly after I contacted the Revdex.com did JHandyman finally contact me about the fan and insulation I told him that he is not doing any more work in my home I am an old lady, I live alone, and I don't trust him to come to my house anymoreI am also afraid of further arguments with him I would like my money back on the fan and insulation I would also like to have someone check the shower to see if it will be ok, and if there is a problem there as well, I would like my money back for that also so that I can have someone come out and do it the right wayI have already sent pictures of the insulation so you can see that I am not making this up I wish I had taken pictures of the fan as well, but now I know for the future Please help me resolve this matter so that I can move on from this.Thanks you, [redacted]

6-25-15To whom it may concern:I Jose Reyes, use to do business as JHandyman & Repairman received a letter from the Revdex.com concerning a service complaint from the customer *** *** ***I am presenting an
explanation of my position in this matterFirst I would like to say that NEVER received any calls or complaint from this customer, this is the first time I hearing about her having any complaint through the Revdex.comIF I had gotten any call from this customer or any other customer I am the kind of person that I would go as soon as possible to resolve any problemI believe in having a good Customer Satisfactory and to have a good relationship with my customerI also told my customer if they have any issue please do call meI am no longer doing business since December and I kept the same phone until I changed it February of 2015, just incased any of my customer called with any concernHere are the dates and invoice with checks number to show that I have done more work for her after the installation of the ceiling fan for this customer and you see that the check number start at low check number to a higher numberWhich I have the proof and know she also have copies cause she paid by checksOn July Check number in the amount $for two hour service call to install the ceiling fan and kitchen faucetThe supplied all materialThis was only labor chargeOn October Check number *** in the amount of $Install shower stall the customer Supplied shower stall and I purchase minor items that's was needed to completed the job out of the $was $for the minor material needed and for laborOn November Check number in the amount of $Material $and labor for the installation of the approximately square feet of insulation and repair drain pipe rubber coupling and also replace a kitchen light fixture
As I read this letter that the customer stated that her ceiling fan fell down in few month later as she pulled on the string to turn on her light and that she call me multiply occasions really does not make any sense to me because I have done more work for her in time frame of a year and more after the installation of the fan as you see on the date and checks number aboveBut in good faith I made a called on
June 24, 2015, 6:pm to the customer to resolve the problem she is claiming on this letterI ask the customer about how long was it that her fan had fallen down, her answer to me was about two weeks ago it had fallen down and her explanation was that she stepped out and came back home and found that it had fallen down onto her bedBut on her letter again stated it was few month later when she pulled on the string to turn on the lightThen I have ask if I could take a look at the insulation to repair if it is needed and also to take a look at the shower stall to make sure nothing is wrong with itThe customer stated there was nothing wrong with her shower stall and that NO she does not want me to do anymore work or she does not want to go to her home at allShe stated several time that all she wants is her money back from all the work I had done even if nothing is wrong with the shower stallI don’t under is why is she stating one thing on the letter and stating to me on the phone something way different after two years of the installation of the fan now
I try to address and resolve the problem in a timely fashion but the customer is not cooperating in this matter.

I Jose R*** received Second letter from the Revdex.com concerning second new additional service complaint from the customer *** *** ***I am presenting an explanation of my position in this matterIn the response to *** second new addition complaint about the insulation under the rest of her mobile homeIn all my time I was in business I would never make any suggestion to customer I only will do what a customer will need me to doWhen she had the leak under the bathtub in her home she asks if I could put new insulation under where the bathtub wasAs for her insulation under the rest of her mobile home came out from her not me she had stated that her house was very cold and that she wanted to install new insulation under her home but that she did not have the money at the moment to do itWhen I received the call for the insulation she asks if I could put under the bedroom and bathroom because her bedroom was very cold and that's all she could afford right nowWhy is the customer not stated that date that ceiling fell because like I said too many different story a few month later or just recently which one is itIf it was a few months why I was not told then when I did more work for her or was just recently like she stated on the phoneBecause for me a ceiling is not going to fall down by itself after two and half years, unless someone mess with it.
The customer stated on her first and second letter that the contractor install a new light fixture for her instead of re-installing the fanFor all I know this customer could have tried to remove the ceiling fan to install a new light fixture herself, and that's why it fell downWhen I first met the customer she had stated to me her and her husband were contractor and did all that kind of work, and that's why she need me to go look at her friend shower cross the street from her because she tried to install a new shower head for her friend and broke it.AGAIN I would like to say that I NEVER received any calls or complaint from this customer, this is the first time I hearing about her having any complaint through the Revdex.comI don't why she is stating information and why is she make up more story as it comesIF I had gotten any call from this customer or any other customer I am the kind of person that I would go as soon as possible to resolve any problemI believe in having a good Customer Satisfactory and to have a good relationship with my customerThe customer as she stated on her second letter that she does not want me to do anymore work or she does not want to go to her home at allI am not going to try to keep contacting someone who does not want me to go to their homeI try to address and resolve the problem in a timely fashion but the customer is not cooperating in this matterI am not going to play this game with this customer and her lying about all the factsSo hopefully this will be the end of this matter.
