Concrete patio finished with bricks around it has 5 years warranty; brick pave border sank; contractor said will repair month ago; did not do it.Concrete patio with brick pave border done 8.16.13; J. Hatchett, owner of Masonry LLC gave 5 years extended warranty; brick border around patio sank and has no feeling between bricks left; needs to be redone; also it is long, narrow crack I wanted to discuss what can be done about it; Started to contact with J. Hatchett on beginning of July 2014; he came to see problem, stated that will fix it; never did, does not answer the phone.Desired SettlementPlease help me to execute my warranty for the patio; contractor needs to redone bricks border around patio to level this border with patio and offer me solution regarding crack in concrete patio.
