Review: Took honda to [redacted] he outsourced transmission work without permission or knowledge paid [redacted] $2127.00 and have warrenty. [redacted] does not respond to inquires and shows lack of concern. Car took almost 3 weeks for repair. [redacted] gives us a receipt with [redacted] & [redacted]. We paid $2127.00 for rebuilt transmission. Car is not driving correctly and we went to [redacted] and called him several times over the past months finally in Dec he states he cant get in touch with the guy (?) and to file a complaint with motor vehicle (?)Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to take responsiability for his decision to outsource his work. He should refund my money so my car can get fixed properly or take ownership for the repair.
