I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 [redacted], like I stated previously your employees can tell you what they want to tell you. (Since you were not there). I told the lady I couldn't take the 10:30 but I would try my best. I gave a courtesy call letting them know 10:30 would not work. 
Your manager was the one that said she was sorry for all this but inregards to prices I would have to speak to you. (Which I attempted)
You can call me a liar and insult me more ... That just proves my point how your salon is run. Unprofessional, racist and no customer service. 
Apparently you missed the memo the customer is always right. 
Like I stated I went to your salon requesting a ombré service and two haircuts. I asked to be quoted on this and your employee quoted me wrong. She quoted me $49.00 + $23+ $36 that does not add up to $158 also I didn't even get my ombré 
I am requesting a full refund mailed to me in a form of a check for all the inconvenience you and your salon have caused me NOT  to mention the times you have insulted me. Until I receive refund I will make sure every single person in racine, caledonia and sturtevant know the truth EVEN If I have to make flyers and post on every car and house in the racine county. It sickens me how you treated me as a customer and how you spoke to me on the phone AND HUNG UP ON ME. Which I also have co-workers who over heard conversation. 
Also next time you decide to insult someone or be racist make sure you are ready to take the consequences. 
I am prepared to take this as far as I have to...I will not tolerate someone treat me with no respect when my money is as green as yours. The person [redacted] had next was white but you guys refused to inconvenience her. "My kind of people didn't matter" 
So please mail my check to 801 north street asap!

On March 6th [redacted] called and made an appointment at 4:08 pm for herself and her daughter with their services to begin at 11:00 on Saturday March 7th .( [redacted] took this appointment she was not our receptionist that day but was covering for a few minutes when [redacted] stepped away) At this time our computer sent out a text confirmation for this time (11:00) [redacted] realized within 10 minutes that we made an error in booking the appointment and called [redacted] back to see if she could come in at 10:30. [redacted] called at 5:15 to say "yes she could take the 10:30 and that in fact that time worked better for her.
On Saturday Morning March 7th at 10:32 [redacted] our Saturday receptionist took a call from [redacted] saying she was running late and got stuck by a train. When [redacted] finally showed up at 10:50 it was too late to do a color service with the person she was scheduled with. [redacted] questioned [redacted] saying my original appointment was for11:00 why isn't this still available. Our salon is very busy especially on a Saturday and by that time the original appointment had been booked with another guest.
On the original phone call to me: [redacted] stated her version of Saturdays events, she failed to mention that she had a problem with my Manager that day ([redacted]) otherwise I would of never asked that she speak with her. As of today because [redacted] actually hung up on me, I still do not know what her issues were/are with [redacted] and this was my reasoning in the last e-mail to Revdex.com along with my comment to her review/ posts on our Face book page and Yelp when I asked [redacted] to call me so I can address any issues she had with [redacted].
Again I NEVER said "your kind of people", if something I said was taken wrong by [redacted] I apologize but I NEVER said that!!!
At this point I am not sure what [redacted] is wanting or asking for.
