We fixed everything she complained about without charging her even when she had a "parts at cost and labor at 50%" service agreement.Did she tell you all the naughty, nasty words that came out of her mouth when she was here throwing a fit the day she returned the vehicle to be fixed? She actually threw the keys on the counter before storming out the door The words she stated coming out of the "owners" mouth are words that he does not use She is mistaken!! I never laughed at her regarding the struts Why would I do that?
