It was listed on our website that we were at Spring Break on our hours page and we also had it listed on our prices page that anytime we open before 4pm that we are at peak prices It was also noted on our rack cards inside the facility and *** *** would have been made aware BEFORE he made his payment as to what he was paying Our cashiers always tell our guests what they are charging them before they run their credit cards In addition we have an office that answers phones all day and we have managers and team members all throughout the facility We do not offer refunds on purchases once they have been made

Throughout the year we have Peak and Off Peak Pricing.  Peak Pricing is in effect when we are open from 10am or 12pm-9pm and Off Peak is in Effect when we are open from 4pm-9pm.  We post this information on our website as well as our rack card.  During Spring Break we open at 10am so...

it is Peak Pricing which is why the guest was charged that rate.

I am rejecting this response because:I initially CALLED before arriving . There was noone to ask for the price . Noone mentioned it was peak pricing during '' SPRING BREAK '' - tHERE WAS NO INDICATION PEAK PRICING FOR APRIL . THERE WAS NO SIGNS PRINTED ON DOOR TO SHOW PEAK PRICING .2ND . WHEN I GOT CHARGED I ASKED FOR REFUND BECUASE I DID NOT WANT TO PAY PEAK PRICING I WANTED REFUND BECUASE I DID NOT WANT TO GO INSIDE THE PREMISIES . I WAS FORCED TO STAY AND USE FACILITIES DUE TO THE NO REFUND
