His wife is the one who filed this complaintHe probably did not tell his wifeThat was the problem threw thewwhole job*** would say it was ok to just make it a stand up shower so we did then his wife came home and said she wanted a tub insirt after we had the job complete! This customer never once tried to contact me! *** wrote a bad review on our business page and we tried to contact him and he got a very aggressive temper and said we could not come over
