A salesman lied.Didnt deliver on promise I was approved for car while I was on workman compI was told that they would need a recent WORK CHECK STUB and that all I would NEED to give them once I returned to work was a check stub and the car was mineThats all! He's on camera saying it and his own financiers heard him say it Marty [redacted] is his nameI return today with my check stub and of course they lost mine and my wifes info and now they said I have to go through the whole process over AGAIN another hours! So I do and now they are having trouble approving me because they said my credit score dropped but THEY ARE WHY ITS DROPPING FROM THEIR CREDIT CHECKSThis is wrong and I have been wronged

Incompetent technician regarding repair of my rear brakes, which I had scheduled to be done--January at amTrailblazer bought at JBA All work on my 'Trailblazer has been done at JBA My complaint is against the employee who worked on my carI could not get his name from Mr [redacted] , Service Director who supported his technician's incompetencyI was called to take a look at an additional problem with my rear wheels by Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] , Service Manager What they explained to me is that in addition to rear brakes I needed new calipers because my calipers had "frozen"WhenI looked at what the "tech" wanted to show me, I noticed that he had not drained the fluid out of the caliper's pistons so the new brakes would fitI actually started to show them how to "unfreeze" the calipers, and the pistons started to retract(The tech actually let me use his tool to demonstrate.) Then the tech said "let me do it" and he stated he could not "unfreeze" the calipers so t

I was told I had days to return the vehicleWhen I tried to return it I was told that is not specific to my vehicle This was the absolute worst experienceThe salesman seemed to be nice at firstTold me that their vehicles come with an option to drive them for days and are able to be returned in daysI purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander with a sticker price of just over 23kThey allowed me to drive it off the lot without adding it to my insurance and finance stated they would hold my paperwork until I called her and let her know if I was going to use their finance or my credit unionSo I was under the impression that I had days as stated to return the vehicleWhen I called days later I was told this only applies to certified Chevrolet vehicles I asked if I could come in and trade up to a more expensive vehicle, I was told this would put me too much upside downSo HOW IS A VEHICLE THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY GAVE ME A DEAL WITH A STICKER PRICE OF 23K PUT ME TOO MUCH UPSID

Filed to properly repair truck in January Needed more repairs in Feb, lied about brake/rotor repairs neededConfirmed by [redacted] I have several problems with this experience I had over $2,worth of work done in January on the engine that "suppposedly" fixed the issues, then at the beginning of February, I went out of town for work for week (the truck was parked at home)When I returned, I had more engine problems which I was then told the "fix" in January failed, so I was quoted another $to fix it againIf they didn't fix it properly, why am I having to pay for it, instead of them standing by their work? I received in the email a "coupon" from JBA for 20% off, then I was told that they wouldn't be able to use the 20% couponOkay, fineThe day when my truck was ready, I was told instead of it being $1400, it went up to $without any notice to me When on the phone with the Service Tech, he also stated that I needed roughly $1,worth of work

I filed for a refund over a month ago & still have not received credit I have called multiple times to no avail
Purchased a vehicle on November 21, Purchased additional recommended services at the same time with a month to cancel Acquired a better finance rate from my credit union than *** provided The credit union will not finance additional services I requested on December 21, to cancel the additional services JBA accepted & had me sign some forms JBA did not process the refund with *** until 1/10/ The check number submitted to *** is #***To this day, it has not been received I have complained to both entities This issue is preventing me from refinancing the vehicle at a better rate

I feel I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally while trying to purchase a vehicle

On 12/07/I brought the car in for the 25,mile oil change I have an extended service policy that
covers oil changes and tire rotations After the service was completed, I was told I had TWO oil leaks, TWO
And, I should bring the car in soon and leave it for the day to have the oil leaks repaired I explained to the Service Writer that that was odd because on 12/5/I checked the oil level and it was at the full mark, and no oil has been added since the last time JBA changed the oil at 20,milesAlso I have a concrete driveway and I had not seen any wet marks under the car
On 12/27/I brought the car back to have the TWO oil leaks repaired That evening the Service Writer called to say the car was ready I picked up the car that evening The repairs were

JBAchevrolet refused to perform the repair my vehicle under the warranty because of a leak in car but the leak is because of the previous workcar
