I am rejecting this response because:The business made no attempt to contact me since 12/5, until today I received several phone calls from them today while I was in an appointment I have already paid someone else to repair the system and correct some of J&J's sloppy installation workJ&J left me high and dry for more than months Poorly managed company- with more work than they can manage properly A warranty that you can't get because they now show and no call is not a warranty at all

When we were originally asked to come out to their property we were asked to replace the gate operators by [redacted] at that time we recommended that they have the safety loops be replaced at the same time and they declined and just wanted the gate operators put in. After installation we have...

been contacted several times due to sporadic opening of the gates after hours. During this time we recommended the loops be replaced and also made several adjustments to the gate operators and replaced some wiring from their keypad in an attempt to cover all bases besides the loops being  replaced. We did the original install July of 2016 they finally had the loops replaced dec of 2017. After the loops were installed we received a check for payment and didn't hear back from them until this Revdex.com complaint. We are still willing to work with them to resolve this issue and have done our best to accommodate them during their gate issues and have shown up to help out numerous times free of charge. Please let us know what we can do to help.

see this through. There is a warranty on the equipment for 2 years after the installation date.
