We will be refunding the customer today

We are processing a full refund now, our CC processor is based overseas ( Europe ) and it takes a few days to process the refund requestWe will contact the customer now with refund confirmation and replace this order for deliveryJ.W

[redacted] > Tue, Mar 6, at 7:AMTo: [redacted] Ms***As of am this morning we received a refund on our Business [redacted] card from OakWoodBarrels I verified this with [redacted] Bank just a few minutes ago I would not trust this business they do not have a telephone number and their response time on emails was very slow We did not get the barrels we ordered and would much rather have had the barrels than the refund I consider this matter closed at this time due to the refund I would not recommend this business to anyone! It took a lot of my time to get a refund and also to contact the Revdex.com and the bank to notify them of a fraud and then call back days later and notify them of the refund from the company Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Please keep this case open, I'm going to contact the customer today and try to work out a solutionI will either have a refund sent back or issue a new order for deliveryI'll ask the customer how they want to proceed with thisPlease keep the case open so that I can make notes and respond back to the Revdex.com

Refund in process now, we will contact the customer with confirmation, and still get a re-order out to them this week for the long wait. We truly apologize for the long delay and working now to resolve this issue. [redacted]
