This Place is horrible and should be shut down PERMANENTLY!!!
I was sent to this place due to Capitol Resorts (timeshare sell) and this was the so called "accommodations" they afforded to me and my guests!
When we first arrived we were SORELY disappointed! The outside appearance looks like a run down, cheap, horror house! This place is in NO comparison to the other hotels/resorts on the same street.
When we entered the first room we were given it matched the outside appearance. It smelled of smoke and body odor. One of the two FULL size beds (not Queen size according to the website) was BROKEN, the toilet would not flush, and there were USED soap bars in the shower and on the sink!!!!
We requested a new room IMMEDIATELY!! The next room smelled somewhat better, but this room did not have a stove (we requested a kitchenette), and the mini fridge would not get cold. Our 4 day stay was PLAGUED with beetles,gnats, and flys!! Every where we turned there were bugs! There was even a dead R
