Sorry to have involved the Revdex.comUnfortunately I have been very short handed lately, with a lot going onIt's entirely my fault for not taking the time to return a call to the customerWe have no intention of not addressing the issues the
customer has with their homeI have contacted a sub contractor who does work for us, and has been to the customers home before to install the 2nd door on their garageHe has their contact information, and told me that he would be contacting them todayI know he has work coming up for the next few weeks in the area that they live, so I believe their home should be fixed within the next days

Someone from J & J homes did call usWe did not have our list of problems with us but did give them a couple of the problems right off the top of our headsThey said they would get back to us and we have not heard another thingStill no repairs done

we will be calling them the Monday after Thanksgiving, to schedule an appointment
