Review: I was notified that this company was handling a collection from a previous rental of mine. I responded in writing asking for proof of the debt. I never received a letter proving the debt in return. I also requested that I only be contacted via writing so that I would have proof of all communications with this company. Upon calling the company on 11-20-2014 to check the status of my collection account, I was treated very rudely. The company refused to give many any information. They only stated that I could put in writing revoking my request to only be contacted in writing. At this time I was contacting them. It is to my knowledge that they maybe trying to take me to court over the debt. The problem is I have no information. I have nothing proving the amount or why. They refuse to discuss the matter with me. I don't see how they can collect on a bill they refuse to discuss. As a debt collection agency legally, they have to prove the debt or I can take them to court. They have not proved to debt and won't discuss the matter with me. I have proof that the amount stated is not correct.Desired Settlement: I would like information proving the debt sent to me via postal mail so that I can properly dispute anything I don't agree with. I would also like for the to only contact me via mail, but be willing to discuss the matter over the phone with me if I place a call to them. I would also like the bill adjusted to reflect the amount actually owed.

Review: This company has reported twice on my credit report for the same issue - the issue was an unclear medical issue for my son. In order to have it removed from credit report I met with their attorney in 4/2/2013 [redacted] and settled the amount. It was paid off April 12 now the collection agency not only is on my credit report in duplicate they are trying to say I still owe 161.00 . Their attorney reached the settlement amount not me and it was accepted and entered into the court now they are trying not only to get another 161.00 to ruin my credit.Desired Settlement: Removal from my credit report

Review: Incorrect data submittedde to credit report. Complaint and summmons never recieved. Total claim is inconclusive.Desired Settlement: Must validity of depth. If not than clims agiainst me is un substaticiated.
