Review: This company will not remove a negative listing from my report that is PAST the reporting timeframe. By law the account can only be reported 7 years from the date of first deliquency. This company practices illegal tactics in order to report negative listings.Desired Settlement: I would like negative listings from JJ Marshall to be removed from my credit reports (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion).

Review: [redacted] called my place of employment when I told her not to call me at all and only send me supporting documentation of the disputed debt.Desired Settlement: I want this alleged debt dismissed and any negative credit report issues deleted.

Review: After being notified that I owed money on an account I had previously closed a year prior to the time they were saying charges occurred, I requested a statement be sent to me. The company had my parent's address on file, and I said "that's fine, I will receive mail from there." I received a second phone call today asking if I had reviewed the statement. I said no, I have yet to receive it. After explaining I had checked my mail frequently, I was then interrogated by the customer service representative about why I had to go there to check the mail, and who's address it was. I then explained it was my parent's residence, and I still had contact with them and received mail there. I was then called a drama queen when I asked for it to be sent to my other address so I may review it to take care of the balance. After being insulted like this, I requested to speak to the supervisor of that CSR. The supervisor was very short with me, did not apologize for me being treated that way, acted as if I was crazy, told me I like "to spin things in my own way a lot" and let me know he would be damaging my credit report if I didn't pay him right then. I let him know I had no problem taking care of the account, I would just like to see the statement itself. He laughed at me, yelled at me and told me to drive to their office to receive it. I have never felt so victimized or disgusted at how unprofessional a company can be.Desired Settlement: I would like the account they claim to have on file be paid for by them due to their unprofessional handling of the situation, and for the reasons that they have not given me a fair chance to pay what I supposedly owe. I am more than willing to settle a debt, however, if I cannot prove that it is MY debt, why should I pay it?
