As the customer stated on line 51 of the complaint he was made aware that the unit did not have those options. After being made aware of this he still made the decision to complete the purchase.

If the business would continue to read the complaint I was promised by a rep of their company that I would get a call with a resolution from the sales manager, then the general manager and then the owner of this business. I would think a phone call is a very responsible thing to do. I would expect a responsible business to do the right thing. They continue to hide behind false advertising and broken promises. Man up have the owner give me a call, I will give them the chance to make it right. It has been nearly 90 days and still no call after I called there a few times
