I hired J and J Painting of Flowery Branch Georgia because he lives in the community and we wanted to support a community member He verbally gave me an estimate which was fair, but a little high I felt comfortable he would do a good job so I hired him anywayHe was the highest of estimatesI agreed that he could do the job, but he wanted payment up front before finishing He promised to email me a written estimate, but he did not send one At the time of the job the house was empty and I was living in another stateAfter starting the job he charged my credit card about $more than he stated, but because I hoped he was doing an exceptional job I did not question it After he completed the job I had my realtor inspect the job and discovered he did not complete the job and left the house a mess My realtor told me that there were mistakes in the job and it was not a professional job Some areas were skipped altogether and others had pitting I contacted J and J to ask him to correct the issues but he refused to stop by to fix them although he promised he would
