*** did not show up for two appointmentsThe first appointment he apologized profusely and told me to have a" blessed day in the Lord" the second appointment he was again a no showwhen I texted him to ask if he was okay and why he wasn't there, he told me that he got into an early mass and then he texted me again and said "the word is a mess." when I asked him to please clarify he said " I was asking you if you are still home." I asked him why he wasn't here at 7:and he replied saying " I'm going to pass your work on to someone else"I told him a phone call would have been the courteous thing to doNo replyif this is an indication of this man's integrity, I would strongly recommend not to hire this company

Hired J&J in spring of 2015 for misc work on my house. July of 2015, J & J requested a deposit of $[redacted]. Finally by October 2015, the company agreed to start work on the house but did not show up. I contacted them again in the spring of 2016 and told [redacted] that it looked as though they did not have time for the work on our home and to please return my key and deposit. He said he would start that week. He did a few items on our the list and caulked half of a bathroom in a different color and did not return but sent his dad to finish as he went on vacation. His Dad did not meet with us, so was unaware of the specifics of the work to be done. All work was completed with unsatisfactory clean-up. Their customer service skills were lacking to say the least. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
