her file had been uploaded to our website on June 20th and perhaps there was a browser issue. She came into the Office and we Emailed her file to her as we were in the middle of a site update and she indicated that she was pleased with the portrait and we let her know that the person handling her latest emails had been let go by our company.
If you would like to have the emails we have on file please let us know. The normal turnaround time is 8 weeks however that is approximate. In her case the final pose was selected and her file was ready within less than that time, it is unfortunate that we did not receive her email and for that we apologized to her. I went into the studio on Friday September 22, 2017. The owner was there. I was able to retrieve the digital copy of the photo from him. He stated that his e-mail system is not working well. So, situation is resolved. Thank you for your support.
