However, the letter was returned.• On 03/03/2015, we sent [redacted] an email asking her to call regarding options on her loan.• On 03/13/2015, [redacted] returned our call and said she was experiencing a financial hardship so she needed to do monthly payments instead of being able to pay the balance in full. [redacted] did agree to pay monthly payments of$58.64 and she scheduled those monthly payments for 10 months from March to December of 2015 to be made on the 15th of every month through December 2015. In that same phone call on 03/13/2015, [redacted] verbally authorized the first payment of $58.64.• The subsequent payments on 04/15,, 05/15, 06/15, and 07/15 were for$58.64 and each of those payments were also verbally authorized.• Since 07/23/2015, we have ceased communications because there has been no response from [redacted].We have reviewed [redacted]'s statement of the problem where she admits to owing this debt. Since [redacted] is now disputing this, we can refund the funds that she already paid, a total of $293.20 for her 5 payments of $58.64. However, we are a valid company and [redacted] did verbally authorize those payments.Please let me know if you need any additional information or we need to do something additional after this.
