OUR COMPANY [redacted] HAS USED THE SERVICES OF J&J SECURITY FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS. J&J PROVIDES IMMEDIATE SERVICE AND RESPONSE TO OUR BUSINESS NEEDS. IN PARTICULAR, WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK GEORGE AND TECHNICIAN SCOTT FOR THEIR QUICK RESPONSE AND EXCELLENT WORK CONCERNING A NEW BUSINESS WAREHOUSE THAT REQUIRED AN IMMEDIATE SECURITY SYSTEM TO PROTECT OUR INVENTORY. Every interaction, from initial contact after relocation move to recent service, has been terrific. My regular technician, Gregg has the demeanor and professionalism of an owner operator. He does exactly what is required in exactly the manner he discusses with us prior to work. I am pleased to provide a review and sorry I do not have the names of the on call technician who responded to my after hours call recently who used facetime phone feature to help me figure out an alarm long after we ascertained it was not part of my J&J system ...and he did it will a smile. The same goes for the pleasant woman who answered the phone and spent time trouble shooting my "low battery' alert; talking me through locating and changing battery. Great experience with this company in every department.
