As a long standing customer of j n j services alongside 7 of my family members that use them I can say with certainty that they will shut your job down and cost you thousands of dollars in list revenue and time if you upset them. On many occations I have been hung up on and shouted at full well knowing how hard it would be to transition large jobs to a new company. I was so disappointed that the owner of j n j disposal cancelled remaining jobs we had scheduled and cost our company thousands of dollars because we overloaded boxes and broke a latch and put a dent in a dumpster. The excuse was my guy has to bring that box all the way back to the shop to be fixed and he is out of the run during that time. But it was the last box for the day and he was heading in anyway. You never know if your going to get the nice boss man or the upset boss man. After give to seven years they can drop their client and not think twice. I hope any new customers think before using a company as fical as this. As for us we now have to try to find another company to service not only scheduled jobs for this week but many others on the books for the next few weeks. A good economy as nice as it is to be busy can make people say and do things you never thought possible. There simply is no, absolutely no loyalty with these guys. I hope the next company we put our faith in will return the confidence we had and lost in J n J.
