No claim check number, brand name, model number or serial number of your instrument has been provided to us in your communications regarding this transaction, nor are they listed in this complaint. It is our belief that this instrument was never brought here. If you could please provide the claim check number you received at the time of the repair drop off, we would be happy to investigate further. All repair customers are required to fill out a repair tag and receive a claim check to retrieve their instrument upon completion of service.
