My problem with him is that HE DIDN'T CONTACT ME to tell me he was sick and could not come. I CONTACTED HIM! How hard would it been to send me a text that morning to tell me he wasn't coming? Did he hurt his back that afternoon? He knew he wasn't going to be able to come WHY not call to let me know? I had to find another repair service who came out the next day. I'm a customer, he's a business man, he should had let me know early he wasn't coming and I could had someone come out that same day.

Mr. [redacted], owner of JJ Washer/Dryer Sales sold me a washer/ dryer that is not working properly and agree to give me a complete refund, but has not. purchased a washer and dryer set on X-X-XXXX with JJ Washer/Dryer Sales. It was delivered on 3/6/[redacted] and on that same day he had to take the set back to his shop because he said "there was a system reset issue with the washer." We agreed and awaited his arrival hoping all issues were resolved. When he returned the washer, all seemed well but them after washing the 3rd load we ended up flooding the apartment unit below us and the apartment complex and to water vac all the water. We called Mr. [redacted] speaker phone and he said he was sorry and he would fix the problem and I requested that we just receive our money back in fear that the apartment complex would retaliate. He agreed and said he would return our money in full. He now has changed his mind and said that he doesn't have to return our money but he wanted to continue to come to our apartment and try to fix it. I told him I didn't feel comfortable running that risk. He then began to have a barganing battle where he said he would give us a partial refund. I refused and told him we want all our money back for some equipment that is not properly working or I will file a small claims with an attorney. He then agreed to return the money on April 1, [redacted]. I just got off the phone with him and now he said he changed his mind about returning the money and that it was working just fine at his shop. Desired SettlementI am seeking just my FULL refund for $450.
