Aug IO:OOa JJs Auto Repair [redacted] Owner, JJ's Auto Repair [redacted] August 21, Revdex.com Corporate Office [redacted] Austin, TX, To whom it may concern, Customer [redacted] Brought His Pontiac Bonneville because it woufd not startDiagnosed it as a bad engine, Asked us to get him a quote for used engine and or new engineCustomer stated he would look for a new engine on hig ownAbout months passed by and customer did not get in contact with us, called at! n.mbers provied by him and could not get a hold of himMoved his car from the front of my pr operty to the back since it was just sitting there not being worked onSame day it was moved customer called mad stating he did not want his car in the back where its not as visible and something could happen to his rimsInformed customer had been trying to reach him for almost months and that he needed to come get his car or pay a Storage feeCustomer stated he was going to get his car fixed here and was fine paying $200-$for storage fees while he got the engine and rest of the money to pay his billCustomer asked to have New Engine Shipped to our business to avoid being charged more for shipping to a residential address, advised customer that he could have it shipped to us to save him some moneyCustomer came in and put some money down sci that work could be started on his caronce new engine was installed car would not stay running due to a Upper intake manifold that would allow coolant to pass into the engineCustomer informed he needed new upper intake due to his old one being bad, customer went out bought the part and we repiaced it at no extra cost in labor to him, Once replaced car woufd stay running fine but hard a hard time starting after you turned it onAdvised customer we needed more time to diagnose issue, Customer grew impatient becuase we could not resofve starfing issue quickfyAt this point customer would come by about once a day for about a week and ask what we had found on his car, we stated that he might have a bad Engine Computer but we needed more time to diagnose the issueCustomer then from that point on started using profanities and threatening the bussiness stating "Where going to have some {expletive deleted] problems if you cant get my car right" Informed customer I did not like him using profanities when talking to my sonfinally a day or two later issue with his car was resolved, Car had a Main Engine Ground on the underside of vehicle looseCar started and ran like it should, closed the hood and waited for the customer to come pick it upCustomer erne for his er and left onfy to return a few minutes later stating his hood would not open and that we had caused it to failHad a Mechanic try and open hood to verify what the issue was, Could not open his hood advised customer he would have to leave the vehicie to give us more time to open hood and see what was the issue and if it was just a loose cable or something that didnt have to be replaced we would fix itCustomer Stated he did not want to leave his vehicle due to him not trusting us and that we were trying to rip him off, Customer stated he was gonna take it to another shop and send us the biil, Advised customer he could take it somewhere else but we would not pay him to get it looked at else whereBefore leaving customer again reverted to using profanities and threatened to Quote "Show us some boom boom' while gesturing his hand a gunA Few days fater customer died in to let us know he had taken his car to another shop and his Axle Boot was tom, advised customer that part goes to the transmission and we don't have to remove it to get the engine outCustomer åen Rid we tore it on purpose to fry and harm him, informed customer the axle boot is only there to keep dust out of the joint not to hold anything togetherCustomer Also stated he has paid a lawyer $5,Dollars and is going to sue us, At which point he was informed that he had until! friday to pick up his ofd engine coreord engine was Left at shop one week after customer took carWe then had to talk to t ne company that was going to pick up his engine and set up a time for them to get it, an place old engine onto a pallet for pick upThis all had to be setup by the customer, since he was the one that had the engine Shipped here, but was done by us at no charge to him for storage or materials used to send the engine backCustomer was quoted a price before any work was done on his car, He agreed to said price and after alt repairs were done customer paid what he was quotedCustomer was not charged any labor for additional parts he brought for us to put onMain issue with customer was he did not allow us enough time to diagnose no start issue, we let him know we woufd get his car right but needed more time then what he was allowing us by constantly getting coming in and threatening us if issue was not resolvedIssue was fixed but customer still continued to falsely accuse us of damaging non-engine related parts and demanding we pay for themIf you have any questions or need any further information you can contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Sincerely Yours, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concem, We Did everything we could to address the customers concerns and issues he had with the service provided to himCustomer declined any further assistance from us, and demanded we pay another shop to fix issues not related to what was done to his carTried to work with customer as best we could even when he became belligerentAt this point there is nothing we can do to resolve his original complaint, due to customer taking his car elsewhere after refusing to let us resolve his complaint(n closing, we would not let a vehicle leave in a unsafe condition or purposely do anything to alter its safetyIf you have any questions or need any further information you an contact me at [redacted] or email me at Sincerely Yours, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: The statement made toward me while leaving JJ AUTOI thought the Hispanic male was another worker stated to me while I was getting into my son carHe stated " Boom Boom and the owner son opened the door and said that was just the way the other worker talks so I said ok what ever we can boom boom if that's what you want to doI have the document to prove the work I had to pay to correct the mistakes that was madeThe danger of this is a serious terriost threat and I am a year Retired disabled Veteran that went to combat for my country to fight for our freedom...I never thought a business would sabotage a customer car to endanger his family lifeThis will not be taken likely because some where down three line I believed another person wasn't so lucky to have been able to find the dangerous action that was committedI plan to take this as far as the Revdex.com has to in order fir me to persue my own interestI have to live here and I feel a terriost act has been committed and if it can be resolved by paying for the damages it will go to the magistrate of killeen TexasI am a veteran of a foreign war twice and I have never been mistreated by anyone that way in my yearsThis is unexcepted from me because of my character nor by my fellow AmericanI am a citizen of United States of America born and raisedI feel if this how a Veteran of Foreign war get treated what about the young soldiers how come to that auto shop which is located directly off the main highway coming straight from postI will take this to court if necessaryI think the customer is right and stated he was not going to fix my car nor the damages to my vehicleI am not sure my engine has been shipped back to receive my core charges returned to my credit cardThe auto repair shop should be
