I purchased a Black 12V 55AH 1400 Watts M6/T6 High Current Battery on March 11, 2019 .Order # 3411975187123 . When I received it and it came early . I was happy to get it but I thought I ordered a car battery for my stereo system in my car . When I took it out of box to hook up but didn't come with terminals to hook up to car . So next day I return it to Walmart and I was told that I'll be receiving payment within 5 business days. It's been 4 days now n haven't received an email from them saying anything nor no money back on my card yet .
I purchased two MK ES2.9-12 Wheelchair Batteries (12V, 2.9AH) from Chrome Battery. Shortly after receipt on 3/19/14 I noticed they would not hold charge nor operate medical equipment. On 3//31/14, I obtained a RMA number from Chrome Battery but never received a return shipping label for the defective products. On the Chrome Battery website, it indicates that the customer is responsible for return shipping after 60 days. Clearly from the timeline, it was not after 60 days once Chrome Battery was notified of their defective products. Subsequent to this, I had to get replacement batteries to operate the equipment because of the critical nature of it. Those batteries obtained locally (and at a slightly higher cost) worked fine so that we were able to use the equipment for our son. It is completely unreasonable to shift all of the risk for defective products to the consumer. Chrome Battery should have issued a return shipping label immediately upon being notified they had shipped defective products. I have an attachment to provide additional information if necessary.
