Review: I took my car ([redacted] 2001)to J&J's Fresh Solutions to have it detailed on Sept 17,2014.It was referred by a reliable [redacted].My car had discoloration on the hood and roof(few areas) and some scratch marks near the bumper.Jason owner of the business gave me an estimate of $300.00.I agreed and he showed me what they will be doing.I took my car next day(Sept 18)to the shop.But the owner took alook at my car again and told me it would be $450.00 plus gratuity of 5% (22.50)plus6%tax(28.35)total$500.85. Despite being a widow with limited income I agreed to that amount.On their invoice it has--Silver package,wet sanding,clear coat of roof-hood-bumper with polish buff. I got my car back on Sept 19 Friday.It was not perfect but it seems to cover those discoloration and the scratches.By Monday Sept22 I noticed all the discolorations are back and it looks same as before.On Friday Sept26 I took my car back to the shop.Showed my car to the owner.He informed me it never happened before and he didn,t know why it happened.He couldn't do anything about it but to strip the whole car and repaint it if I wanted to do it again which will cost me between$1500.00 to $2000.00 this time. I was quite upset that he didn't deliver what he promised.Instead he offered to shampoo my rugs. After that I left.Today I noticed the scratch marks are also backDesired Settlement: The job that he had done only lasted for 3 days.I would like to get my money back full if not atleast half of it.I had to pay half of the amounts upfront the first day and the rest when I got the car back.I will appreciate all the help that you can give me.
