I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like to reopen this complaint. Sunrise Management never reached out to me to clarify the final statement as they promised. And the manager does not answer the phone or calls me back.

I was able to connect with the resident directly for further information. Sunrise Management requested that WASH (the company that owns and maintains the laundry care center) to come out for a service call. WASH replaced the heating coils in the machine, and it is now working properly. I connected...
with the resident again thereafter to let her know the problem had been resolved. She was happy with the resolution and replied, "Thank you [redacted] for the update. That's great news."
