•  install screws on all rakes because of missing screws
•  Remove approximately 70 of gable metal and install dripedge because it was improperly installed
•  Install 143 sno-guards that were missing from the work
•  Remove screws and install them correctly in the ridgevent
•  Replace approximately 27 panels that were cut, damaged, and too short
• Remove valley panels and material that were installed incorrectly and re-install
• install 6 new ridgevents that were damaged and now causing the roof to leak
• Flash chimney that was done incorrectly
• Gutter was done improperly - will now have to raise the existing gutter
I believe after talking to the police, [redacted] Construction, and the individual that Mr. Y[redacted] took my property to that Jason Y[redacted] should not take advantage of any other individuals and should reimbursed for the $8700 paid to him.
