The furniture I purchased was sold to someone else instead of being delivered to me. They gave a refund, but still charged full delivery on the one remaining item that I had paid for.

No a/c in Phoenix - that should tell you what you need to know about the company's priorities - low end furniture at barely discounted prices, and you can't tell the patrons apart from the sales reps.

Review: I purchased a brand new sectional couch from J & K Furniture in mid August 2014 and they personally delivered it to my residence. As soon as I received the couch, I noticed that the feet of the couch had deep scratches on them, not something you would see on a brand new piece of furniture. Less than a month after purchase, I sat down on the couch and immediately heard and felt a loud crunching sound which came from the inside of the couch. It felt like the springs were defective and broke or became dislodged from their intended position. Now that portion of this couch is sunken in and very uncomfortable. I personally weigh less than 225 pounds; even if I weighed 350 pounds, this shouldn't have happened- especially within less than a month from purchasing it brand new. I paid almost $1100 dollars for this couch and now have trouble even wanting to sit down on it. I reached out to J&K furniture via their "contact us" feature on their website and explained that my family has been loyal customers of theirs for nearly 20 years and explained the problem with this particular couch, I got no response from J&K Furniture despite an automated immediate response on their website upon submitting the complaint email saying that I would receive a response within 48-72 hours. I again reached out to them this morning and still no response. I am very dissatisfied with them as a company and the products they sell as "new."Desired Settlement: I would like them to either refund my money in its entirety and come pick up the couch or replace the section of the couch that is defective.
