I have reviewed the response made by the business, however I would prefer to agree on a deadline to receive the said refund.  The business has "not had funds available" for over 7 months and it seems very strange that with the summer going by (and likely many weddings taking place) that the business does not have money available to pay off their debts.  They expect their customers to pay by a deadline, therefore they should be held responsible to also have a deadline to return a refund.  When will they resolve this issue?

clients. They shoot exclusively for our company. Our production office (editors) are located in Fort Collins, however we conduct business throughout the midwest.This customer's issue is resolved.
