On Dec **, 2015, I placed three items (dresses, skirt)to be cleaned and pair of never worn Black pants to be hemmed I returned to the Cleaners on Dec [redacted] to pick up my clean clothes and out of the items were lost I asked the owner, Jose what happened and his response was for me to return the next day as he needed to look in his establishment for the missing clothes I returned a couple of days later and the owner, Jose stated that due to the holiday rush, my clothes may be been given to another customer in error, but he wanted to be on the safe side and have some time to look thoroughly He asked if I could give him yet another week I subsequently returned two other times to get my clothes and the owner Jose never reached out to me to inform me of the status of the lost items He also had no other options regarding my lost clothing besides that he could offer me store credit for a agreed upon value or because he has insurance I could file a claim in small claims c
