On Saturday April 6th, Mrs. [redacted] came into my store, and purchased a white iphone cord for 7.99. She asked my employee if this cord would work on her ipad, and my employee explained to her that it would work, she purchased the cord and walked out. There was no issue on this day....

 Approximately a week later, she came into the store, and explained that the cord would not work with her ipad. I asked her politely to see the cord, and explained to her that the problem could be with the box that the cord goes into that plugs into the wall. She said that it was not the box and that she was told that this cord would work. I plugged the cord in and showed her that the cord did indeed work. I showed her the lightning bolt at the top of the phone and that showed that it was charging. She got very upset and demanded a refund. I explained to her that we only do exchanges, or store credit. She said that store credit would be just fine. She then proceeded to get very irate and said, "So, your telling me your not going to give me a refund?" I calmly explained to her about the store credit again, and that we didn't give refunds. At this time, Mrs. [redacted] became very loud and extremely mad. She then proceeded to jerk the cord out from under the counter, almost hitting myself and my employee in the face. She jammed the cord down in her purse and stated very loudly that she would never be back in here and she couldn't believe that I was running a business like this. I calmly told her that I had indeed proven to her that the cord worked and that if it hadn't I would be glad to give her store credit, which she already agreed to. She yelled and stomped through the store, yelling the whole way, that she would never be back in here again, as she walked past my display, she knocked over sets of lights, and several plates. I calmly told her that if she destroyed one more thing in my store, I would have to call the police. She stomped past my other customers and slammed the front door. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. [redacted]
