I went through a very bad experience today at that car dealerThe owner is the most disrespectful person I have ever met business relatedHe yelled at me and my brother, he got upset at me because I was asking questions about the deal that was going to happenI was asking about the price of the vehicle and why was he charging more for sales tax and he answered was shady than I ask why was he charging interest if that was never mentioned to us when we made the deal and from there on all he did was yell yell and yellI would never recommend this place to anyone! Even the salesman and secretary looked scared, her eyes got watetyIf he treat us like that I dont want to imagine how he treats his personnel
Extended warranty was added to contract without me realizing it or any discussion about it. I went back and they tried to convince me that I needed it but I stood firm. When I asked why it was added to the contract without it even being discussed, he said they add that to help customers. It was almost $1800. They gave me a new contract only after I said I was reporting situation to the Revdex.com.
