We do send books to Children's hospitals and magazines overseas to the Troops. If the customer would like to cancel the orders they can mail in the cancellation notice within 3 business days of the date of sale. Or, they can let me know what the receipt numbers are for the orders.

What is the receipt number? The order will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded. The refund will be mailed on 10-28-16.
