Good Afternoon,I am so sorry about that, this is the first time we have a claim like this.I would like to give an explanation: The sales price was $9,000, but the maximum financed amount is $7,For this reason the representative told the customer he need to pay $1,in order to complete the total sales price ($9,000)The customer gave him checks for $each one (the company cashed of those checks)We care about our customer satisfaction, so we are going to contact Mr [redacted] to try to give him a solution.Thanks, [redacted]
