going on in the valley during that time we were not able to get our vendors out to do the repairs as quick as we normally do. In this particular situation the resident’s apartment was still in livable condition and she chose to not stay there. We offered for her to stay in our model apartment which she did take up. We felt that because we provided her with other living accommodations even though her apartment was still in livable conditions we fulfilled our obligations as a landlord and are not required to reimburse for any rent.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is untrue. I was told that this would be resolved withing 2-5 days, this was DISHONESTLY done the first time, your maintenance took the carpet pad out, threw my carpet back over, and did NOT put in a new pad OR replace the carpet pad like I was told. You did not do your job in realistic time. Nor did you replace anything that told me was going to be replaced. I was told this would take 2-5 days!!! You offered me the model home key towards the end of the month for the FIRST time because I could not stay where my Valley Fever is being impacted, as I told [redacted]. Research Valley Fever. I came in sick; I'm sure that wasn't mentioned. That's the ONLY day I was offered accommodation. 
The model home is a 1 bed 1 bath, which is STILL not the same rent as the 2 bed 1 bath I pay for. Hopefully you understand that I lived in my apartment 12 days in a 30 day month  I don't understand why it is so hard for your Property Management to do the right thing. You're insinuating that I'm lying and that's beyond offensive at this point. Nobody is doing the right thing. I did not choose to stay somewhere else "by choice". It was unsafe for my health, like I said in that month. 
Also, it took maintenance TWO times to fix my issue in the month. That is not my fault. Had this only taken once, and had I been treated respectfully I clearly would not have complained. The response I received is not accurate. I feel that I am trying to be muted over a REAL and HONEST situation I had to deal with within your complex. This was not by choice. I would not be out of home for 18 days in a month by choice. I live alone in this home, that's my home. I want compensation for a reasonable amount of the 18 days that I did not live in my home. Even the Property Management is being dishonest to me now. Is there anything you would like me to elaborate on?
