Repair erosion and seed the side of the house that was originally seeded with the incorrect seedSupply seed for overseeding next spring2.) Place boulders back in the area that were removed in the corner of the steps leading down the back yardPlacing the boulders back “exactly” as they were will not be possible but will be placed in a way that makes the sense3.) Raise the sprinkler head and adjust it to spray properly The cost of the project includes the work described above but is a small percentage of the overall project costThe cost for the items described above totals no more than $ It should be noted that we were originally asked to create a “ramp” for the client to be able to move her lawn mower up and down to access an area of the back yard that is fenced inWe did as she asked originally but then later she decided that the way in which we designed this “ramp” area was not going to workSo we returned and added boulders to this area to make the transition stable on her feetAt a later date she contacted me and said that the boulders made it difficult for her to move the lawn mower across and wanted us to change itWe returned, removed the boulders, added soil to make the slope less challenging for her, installed landscape edging and mulchNow the client is asking us to re-install boulders in this same area which she complained at an earlier time was difficult for her to move her mower acrossArtistic Landscapes has made all of these changes and trips to the clients property at no charge in an attempt to satisfy the client and each time we make a change in an attempt to satisfy her she contacts us at a later date and asks us to change it againThe client has the ability to access the back yard grass area for mowing by running the mower around the side of the house and entering the area through two gatesOther suggestions have been made to the client as well such as placing a wooden ramp down to access the back lawn area when she needs to mow itOnce these items have been completed Artistic Landscapes will ask the client to sign off on these changes as completed and will not return to make any future changes Chris [redacted] President Artistic Landscapes Inc7/23/ ***copied and pasted from email
