Regarding the above complaint, here are the facts:
Ms. [redacted] was referred to me by another customer. She explained to me that after having 2 Jasper engines replaced by Goodyear, a Jasper Authorized Repair Facility, she still had issues with...

the vehicle. She advised that the engine ran rough and had a check engine light on. She also explained that Goodyear told her that she had a bad computer that needed to be replaced. We verified Goodyear's diagnosis and the computer did need to be replaced. There was an injector driver inside the computer that was 51ncotred which can cause an engine miss. Ms. [redacted] was provided a quote to replace the computer and approved this repair. After installing the computer the check engine light went off and did not return. However, we did find that the motor mounts were broken and notified the customer with an estimate. She approved the repair. After replacing the motor mounts, we noticed a coolant teak and referred her back to the Goodyear Jasper Repair Facility for repairs under warranty. She seemed upset at having to take her car back to Goodyear for warranty repairs.
[redacted], the Store Manager from Goodyear, called me and asked what repairs we had done, I told him that we verified his diagnosis that the computer had to be replaced and also found broken motor mounts. I made him aware of the coolant leak we had found. We did not hear anything further from Ms. [redacted].
After receiving the letter from Revdex.com, I called [redacted] to see what the result was from her warranty repair. He informed me that he performed all the test repairs required by Jasper Engines and found no fault with her car. [redacted] also stated that he road tested the vehicle with Ms. [redacted] and she said the car runs fine. in conclusion, we fixed the two issues that she had initially brought in for us to check and I gave her back her warranty paperwork when she dropped off the car. If she is continuing to have an engine problem, she needs to go back to Goodyear to have it checked under warranty. If her check engine right is back cm we will be glad to recheck it for her. When I took my car to J&L Mr [redacted] suggested to me that Certified tires did not install a 2nd engine and that he believes I might have been fooled. He told me he was going to take care of my engine problem. I told him about the computer issue and he indicated to me that might have been an issue that certified tire did not want to fix. To make a long story short, the man told me that he could fix my problem and after fixing problems any place could have fixed he suggested that I call a certified Jasper engine place. I will and would not ever recommend this place to anybody. I feel taken advantage of. This man did not do me any favors. The repairs he did could have been done by anybody in the automotive industry. He never did return my warranty paperwork to me. He lied about being able to fix my car and he lied about my warranty paper work
