I would never, ever recommend J & L Exteriors, owned and operated by Jonathan and Lana M*** They stole $8,from us that was for roofing and window replacement on my 78-year old mother's home They are currently being taken to small claims court by us and another family from Grantham, NH They take the down payment and either they never show up or in our case, they send a sub-contractor to pull the old shingles off the roof and then abandon the job leaving us to immediately find a new contractor to close the roof and finish the job

I paid $22,to do my roof in and it is STILL not complete Now he is ignoring my calls
I paid Jon $22,to do my roof in and it's still not complete It was supposed to have been completed in October There is still safety equipment sitting on my roof, unfinished spots where the black matting is still exposed Also, several complications occurred during the process due to negligence, such as leaving large areas of the roof exposed during rain causing my house to flood, using incorrect nails on the porch causing the interior side of the porch roof to literally fall apart in several places, etc He refuses to answer my calls or calls from my son, and the time he did speak to my son he hung up on him
