this specific event. Mr. [redacted] must have been marketed to by the dealership solely. Since Mr. [redacted] attended this event and was under the impression he was to receive the tool kit that was advertised by the dealership, we wanted make good on that. We spoke to him via phone on Friday, December 8th and offered him a $20 Visa Reward card for the confusion, which was well over the value of the original tool kit at the event. He seemed very pleased with this solution. Once the reward card was shipped, we sent him tracking information. Please see attached email.

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.However, I disagree with some of the statements made by the business. When I attended the event, I asked the gal who checked me in who she worked for and she said J & L Marketing, Inc. Also, the guy who called me afterwards asking about the event identified himself as working for J & L Marketing, Inc. Thus, the business's statement that "Mr. [redacted] must have been marketed to by the dealership solely." is completely false.
