I have attempted to contact [redacted] regarding her compliant Her supply order was filled on August 8th and she has been removed from our outreach service for resupply Moving forward she will have to contact us directly for supplies which can take 1-2wks based on insurance requirements and shipping It appears to be resolved at this point and we're sorry for the initial delay on filling the orderRegards, [redacted] ***

I spoke with *** *** this morning about complaint # ***. *** claims he was told that he was sent additional supplies as a "package deal"That is not the way J & L does business and if a patient / customer only asks for certain
replacement supplies, that is what we will dispense to themI have no reason to believe *** is lying to me, and hence the disputed amount of $ has been adjusted off his accountI will look to see who handled the original phone call and go over protocol with the employee for training purposesI apologized to *** and I believe the resolution to the complaint was handled fairly and completelyIf anyone has a specific question, please do not hesitate to contact me.Respectfully Submitted,

We apologize for the delay in serving [redacted], however the prescription we received from his physician indicated that [redacted] needed to be fitted for a "Best Fit Mask".  In these instances we schedule an appointment with the patients.  [redacted] and since clarified that an...

appointment is not needed and in turn his supply order has been processed with expedited shipping.

I have reached out to [redacted] so we may resolve her complaint. I am awaiting her call.

Review: I have have sleep apnea

My cpap has been with company since May 2015. Promise to repair and return have not happened.

I have a loaner but it does not meet my requirements because air pressure and ramp is not adequate.

I call and leave messages and no one returns my calls.

Please assist with this issue. Thank you,

Review: I ordered specific replacement parts for my [redacted] They sent additional unneeded parts along with the ordered parts and will not credit me for the unordered parts. I paid for the parts I ordered, $80.60 with check number [redacted] and requested the remaining charges be reversed. I did not order all the additional parts and should not be forced to buy what I did not order.Desired Settlement: J & L should credit my account for what I did not order.
