[redacted] first of all I didn't come into your home and sell you a gallon gas water heaterWe had several phone conversation over the phone you ask for a yr warranty on the water heater and that's what I give you on your receipt a 6yr warranty never came up in the conversation at all Further more I don't sell any gallon gas water heater for $that price is for electric water heater If you like for me to refund the money back for a yr warranty I will my price for installation on a gallon gas water for 6yr will be $I will refund you $

Dear Revdex.com & [redacted] [redacted] ** [redacted] hired J & L PLUMBING few days after we have been in their neighborhood at least a week replacing several water linesIn the case [redacted] [redacted] hired us to replace his Big blue water line to 1inch copper but he wanted a proposal the first proposal he wanted to install a prv so we gave a price for $he said its to much he said lets do with out the prv the price for that was $and then a few days later he ask for a permitSo I pulled a permit and told him this permit voides out the oringnal proposal because wssc only allows a years warrantySo the job was done on 8/13/but on **[redacted] complaint he say 8/14/actually thats when the job was approved by wssc inspector and the inspector gave ** [redacted] the green sticker for approved workBack to **[redacted] dates of events he called in feb,told him it was too cold to dig up the yard the ground was frozingI sent the guys out there to dig up under the porch remind you we pulled his water service under his porch so concreted the wall use tar put on a 1/x 1in fernco around the sleeve then backfillAfter months later **[redacted] seeing seeping water coming in through the patch sent my guys back out there re dug under the porch and pinhole leaks in the copper pipe misting out water (NOT A BROKEN PIPE THAT **[redacted] MENTION IN HIS COMPLAINT)So cut out a 10ft section replace with new copper (FREE OF CHARGE) and gave the pipe to him showed him the pinhole leaks had nothing to do with my installation Its the hard water with a lot of iron in water in [redacted] countyBotton line ** [redacted] threating me about sueing me so at this point I told him about his warranty on the permit and now all of sudden he don't remember no permit

It is the responsibility of a plumber to acquired a permit from WSSC for any plumbing work done in *** ***'s and *** County for the protection of homeowners and is required by CodeI did not ask the business to pull a permit. It is the business responsibility to get a permit from WSSC before doing such work and have his work inspected afterwards for approvalThe years warranty that he was talking about that was mentioned in the permit, I contacted WSSC about this and their explanation is this: "In accordance with Code, and for the protection of homeowners, WSSC required the plumber/gasfitters to provide a minimum warranty from the date of inspection approval as follows: years on outside and sewer services, and year on all other work. WSSC told me that this is not the warranty that should be followedIt is just the minimum warranty that I shoulde be gettingThe warranty that the plumber gave me on the the contract ( 5years) should be one that should be honored and supersedes the warranty that was mentioned in the permit.Regards,*** ***

all.  Further more I don't sell any 50 gallon gas water heater for $1100.00 that price is for electric water heater.  If you like for me to refund the money back for a 6 yr warranty I will my price for installation on a 50 gallon gas water for 6yr will be $1275.00 I will refund you $125.00.
