Review: I ordered online from this company on April 10. I sent a follow up email on April 23 to find out the status because I hadn't received it. I sent a follow up email on April 28 because they hadn't responded to the email on April 23. On April 29, they responded and said that it must have gotten lost in the mail and they would ship it out that day. May 9, I sent an email because I hadn't received it and asked for a tracking number. On May 12, they don't respond to my email, but I get an email from their eshipping department with a tracking number. Their customer service hasn't responded and the shipping information doesn't match the order receipt number that was emailed to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the shipping fee to be refunded since it took them over a month to send the product and there was no communication with me in regards to the product. They said it was lost in the mail and can't come back and say it was on back order. If it was on back order, they should have immediately notified me.
