November 9, 2015Dear whom may it concerns,This is the explanation regarding an ID of [redacted] We had no complaints received from the customer related to the problem after the last repair was performedBelow is our repair history.On August 3rd of 2015, we installed a new compressor of the unit.On August 31st of 2015, we came out again and vacuumed because it is clogged inside and infused gas to the compressorIt was cooling well.The customer seemed to not trust our skills and decided to go with [redacted] without contacting usHowever we are a [redacted] authorized service center, and we have abilities to take appropriate actions such as redirecting it to the manufacturer If it is beyond the technician's abilities to repair the unit or we could have dispatched different technicians if she told us that she had problems with her technician.Also, it has passed months after the repair was done and it has been working fineWe thought it was working because the customer never complained of the problem.For the technician's attitude we apologize and we will educate him more for better service.Next time when the customer requests any service, we will give credit for the service call.Thank you.Grace L.Manager

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have previously filed a complaint with regard to this company, but my case seems to be closed because I did not respond to their responseComplaint ID # [redacted] I had responded to their initial response to this claimI didn't feel that it was necessary to respond again because their response to my not accepting the company's response was to send a hard copy of the exact inital response to the Revdex.comThere were no new actions on their part or response to my explanation of the services I receivedThe Revdex.com closed this case, but the company never responded to my responseIf you go back and look at the emails that transpired, J&Lee Appliance hasn't responded since my letter dated November 22nd Regards, [redacted] ***

There were no new actions on their part or response to my explanation of the services I received. The Revdex.com closed this case, but the company never responded to my response.
