Complaint[redacted] agreed to level and set up my above ground 22' round pool in my yard. They had been told that it was leveled last year but wa off a little. When they go here they told me it wasn't level and they would neeed 200.00 worth of sand which sounded very high priced to me. last years workers didn't charge me for sand. On the phone I asked [redacted] how much it would cost and he said $400.00. When I got home they had dug a round hole to level it. they set up the pool and started to put water in and it was not level. I was concerned that water would fill the hole.I paid him at the end of the day and told him it needed to be leveled more and they agreed to do it. They were suppose to work on Wedneday and Thursday. T/hey left the pool up it accumulated rain water and they have not been back since. I called him and he said it was rainning which he said to me that if it was rainning they still work. SEveral other calls have been made and noone has called or showed up. I need to have him here tommorow Wendesday so I can have the pool ready by Thurday.If not I want my full $400.00 back.Thank you for your help.He said he would leverl it for no more charge but he hasn't done it within the time I need it.
