I gave Josh Levine many items from my father’s estate because we had expenses that needed covered. Everything sold well below estimate (but that’s how auctions can go). 2 months after the auctions closed, I started asking about when we would receive payment. I kept getting the answer of we will get back to you. Never could get a date. Of course I did get a response in a negative review I left they would take care of it immediately. After 3 months I read online they have filed bankruptcy and read they feel really bad. Of course now we don’t have my father’s items and they have the money for it.
What makes things worse is they are still taking consignments and potentially doing this to new people.
