I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11455113, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I am in receipt of your letter of May 26, 2016 which states you have not received my response indicating my complaint has been resolved. This is puzzling.I have phoned your office (###-###-####) several times since my complaint was filed. On all but one of those attempts, your answer was an electronic message advising me to use the online site, but when I tried to do so, my responses would not go through.On my last call (I think it was May 26th), a young woman answered. I told her that M[redacted] from Monetary Gold had contacted me immediately upon receiving word of my complaint. He took the time to answer my questions, work through the math puzzle that was my statement, make the adjustments that were needed, and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I requested that my complaint be withdrawn. She said that would be taken care of immediately.I know most businesses have cut back on personnel to reduce overhead, but may I suggest that the Revdex.com has a responsibility not only to business clients, but to the public, to be available to help resolve consumer issues. The fact that only one of my many calls was answered, though the majority were placed during your normal business hours, is disturbing. I hope you will take steps to become more accessible in future.Please contact me at the number above to let me know the matter has been resolved as I requested.Thanks in advance for your help in resolving my issue.

J[redacted] has tried getting hold of you guys via email and phone to remove complaint and today 5/18 I receive an email about you guys posting it. Please remove any complaints from this client, the client was not aware that her broker( C[redacted]) was on medical leave as she tried to contact...

broker several times. C[redacted](broker)had emailed all clients that he would be out on medical leave unfortunately Joretta might of lost it in spam. Once we found out that she was trying to contact B[redacted] We resolved the issue. I expressed to client to she should of called main line M[redacted] ###-###-####J[redacted]a (Client) ###-###-####
